1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of abk77 features — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register an account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. abk77 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

Information Accuracy

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account information promptly if it changes.
• abk77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• abk77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification checks.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made via another person's bKash or Nagad account — are strictly prohibited.
• abk77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return the funds to the originating payment account if we are unable to verify that the deposit was made from a payment account held in the player's name.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times while identity checks are conducted.
• abk77 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request pending completion of any outstanding KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

abk77 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general Terms set out here.

• Each bonus will have a stated wagering requirement (rollover). A player must wager the qualifying amount the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• abk77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where a player is found to be abusing the bonus system or acting in bad faith.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once per account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through new account registrations is a violation of these Terms.
• abk77 reserves the right to void any winnings generated through bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the abk77 platform are final once confirmed. abk77 uses market-leading odds from verified data providers. In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds or game outcomes, abk77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amounts.

• abk77 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time, at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market as published on the abk77 platform at the time the bet was placed.
• Casino game outcomes on abk77 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). abk77 makes no representation that any particular outcome is more or less likely than any other on any given game round.
• abk77 is not responsible for any bets placed in error by a player. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirming it.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abk77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the abk77 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one account, or registering any account using false identity information, another person's identity, or a synthetic identity.
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name, or engaging in any form of money laundering through the abk77 platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software vulnerability, or glitch in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any bet or casino game round, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing.

abk77 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be reviewed by our compliance team. abk77's determination in such cases is final and binding.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the abk77 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of abk77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the abk77 platform without the prior written permission of abk77. Unauthorised use of abk77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

abk77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. abk77 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores personal data on secured servers. abk77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abk77 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable:

• Any losses arising from network outages, internet service provider failures, power cuts, or technical failures beyond abk77's reasonable control that result in bets being delayed, lost, or incorrectly settled.
• Any indirect or consequential losses whatsoever, including losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the abk77 platform that contains a typographical or display error.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

abk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where abk77 deems this necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the security of other players:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a KYC verification request within a reasonable time period specified by abk77.
• Requests by the account holder to close the account, or self-exclusion applications submitted through abk77's responsible gaming tools.

12 Changes to These Terms

abk77 may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, we will also notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (such as a mobile notification or email where available).

Your continued use of the abk77 platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
